Spotify - Software Engineer

• You have 2+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience working on production systems • You have experience building or operating cloud infrastructure (GCP and/or AWS), with familiarity in Terraform and Kubernetes • You are proficient in at least one modern language (TypeScript, Java, Go, or Python) • You have experience with CI/CD, deployment systems, and observability tooling • You think about systems in terms of reliability, performance, cost, and failure modes • You are curious about AI/LLM systems and their application to infrastructure • You take ownership of your work and follow through on problems • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams • You are open to feedback and motivated to grow • Where You'll Be • This role is based in New York, NY • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. • The United States base range for this position is $132,949–$189,927 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
