Requirements

• +3 years experience working in a UX, as a Service Designer, Growth Designer or Product Designer. • Worked on and designed eCommerce experiences previously. • You can clearly demonstrate during interview how you’ve impacted purchasing habits and conversion rates. • You’ve worked on a SaaS product before, with Product Managers and Developers to deliver value. • Experience in UX analysis, product analytics, or a related field with a focus on conversion optimization. • Proficiency with analytics tools like Pendo. • Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies. • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and conversion rate optimization strategies. • You’re able to receive and action constructive feedback with grace and humility. • You have good interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Sales. • You have excellent asynchronous work skills to handle working with a globally distributed team. • You know how to work with established design systems or pattern libraries in your designs. • You have the curiosity, humility, and intellectual energy to constantly expand your knowledge. • You’ll have some form of design qualification such as a degree in design or a related subject, or a UX certification.

Responsibilities

• The role includes, but is not limited to, the following: • UX and CX: Combine user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) principles with business goals to optimise the customer’s entire “e-Commerce shopping” experience and drive in-app purchasing habits. • UX and CX: • optimise the customer’s entire “e-Commerce shopping” experience and drive in-app purchasing habits. • Mapping and optimising the customer journey: Understand how customers find, browse, purchase, and receive products to identify and remove friction points from all eCommerce and ordering flows. • Mapping and optimising the customer journey: • Data-driven optimisation: Use data and analytics to understand user behaviour and performance, applying insights to improve the purchasing experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue and product growth. • Data-driven optimisation: • Product taxonomy: Collaborate with product counterparts and specialists across the business to improve how products are displayed, described, grouped, and promoted. • Product taxonomy: • Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive content that guides users towards completing a purchase. • Copywriting: • Multidisciplinary collaboration: Along with your product counterpart you’ll act as a bridge, connecting the work you do with an understanding of our sales, content specialists, and finance process to ensure a seamless experience for our users. • Multidisciplinary collaboration: • Strategic alignment: Ensure design work aligns with strategic objectives and vision, identifying potential risks and using design to mitigate them. • Strategic alignment: • From concept to delivery: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to take ideas from initial concept through to live solutions. • From concept to delivery: • Stakeholder engagement & facilitation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, Finance, and Sales and senior stakeholders to drive alignment. Facilitate workshops where needed to generate ideas and meaningful discussion. • Stakeholder engagement & facilitation: • Presenting to stakeholders and peers: We cannot design alone; feedback is vital to what we do. Our design team does regular critiques and feedback sessions to aid collaboration.
