Your ability to create cohesion and accountability enables leadership to remain focused on strategy, growth, and delivering value to clients. • The Revenue Programs Specialist plays a key role in enabling the operating rhythm of Myriad360’s revenue organization.This is a highly execution-focused role, partnering closely with the CMO, CRO, and revenue leadership team to drive alignment, manage priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across marketing and sales. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating leadership forums, supporting internal events, and driving follow-through on key initiatives.This role acts as a force multiplier by driving coordination, execution, and accountability, allowing leadership to stay focused on strategic priorities while the organization operates with clarity and momentum. • 5+ years supporting senior leaders or revenue teams • Experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders • Experience coordinating leadership meetings or operating rhythms • Experience supporting internal events, conferences, or offsites • Experience working within sales, marketing, or revenue organizations preferred

Responsibilities

• Must be based in the United States. • Operating Rhythm & Meeting Execution • Coordinate revenue leadership meetings across sales, marketing, and executive teams • Support and manage agendas aligned to priorities • Drive pre-meeting preparation and collect materials in advance • Execution & Accountability • Track action items and strategic initiatives across the revenue organization • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and completion • Maintain visibility into key initiatives across marketing and sales • Reinforce accountability and ensure priorities continue moving forward • Internal Event Coordination • Support logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and internal events • Coordinate the Mid-Year Sales Conference in partnership with an external agency • Assist with SKO, leadership sessions, and marketing programs • Cross-Functional Alignment • Partner across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and materials • Ensure contributors are aligned and deliverables are completed on time • Reduce friction and keep initiatives moving across teams • Revenue Leadership Coordination • Manage complex calendars for the CMO and CRO, adapting as priorities evolve • Coordinate internal and external meetings with clear logistics and expectations • Organize incoming requests and ensure proper prioritization • Coordinate executive travel including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics • Manage expense reporting and post-travel follow-up • Special Projects • Special Projects • Support execution of initiatives led by the CMO, CRO, and revenue leadership team • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership forums • Keep projects organized, on track, and progressing against deadlines • Tools for Success • Tools for Success • Microsoft Office • Slack and internal collaboration tools • Travel and expense platforms • Experience coordinating with vendors or event agencies is a plus • Key Attributes • Strong organizational and coordination skills • High attention to detail and follow-through • Clear and confident communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented • Strong judgment and professionalism • Comfortable working with senior leadership

Compensation in other geographies may vary.
