• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity. • Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement. • Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards. • Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries. • Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned. • Other duties as assigned. • High School Diploma or equivalent • Typically requires less than one year of related experience. • Attention to detail • The ability to manage daily workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self Sufficient and well organized with support • The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time. • Salary range:  $17.25 hourly – $28 hourly • The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
