Requirements
• Experienced in engineering management and technical leadership having successfully led engineering re-organisations • Experienced in delivering mission-critical, high-value products and services, and have expertise in effective partnering with Product counterparts • Experienced with Agile methodologies, engineering metrics and making data-driven decisions, and building high-performing teams • Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment and are able to successfully navigate and lead through change • Our mission is to build the place where small businesses get the funding they need to win. • We do this by uniting cutting-edge data and technology to deliver an unbeatable customer experience.
