Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage global payroll operations, covering EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all Veeam employees, including expatriates and remote workers. • Maintain compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws and tax regulations. • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and salary information. • Implement and maintain payroll systems and software, driving automation and process improvements. • Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and oversee service delivery. • Handle payroll audits and participate in statutory reporting requirements. • Resolve complex payroll issues and respond to employee queries in a timely manner. • Develop and deliver payroll-related training to HR and management teams. • Monitor and report on key payroll metrics and trends to senior leadership.
