Requirements
• 3+ years as a software engineer • At least 1 year at a startup/scaleup
Responsibilities
• To lead a team in developing healthcare software solutions that improve patient outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, document, and support products throughout their lifecycle within the Healthtech industry standards. • To analyze user feedback and market trends for continuous improvement of healthcare software solutions. • Mentor junior engineers in best practices related to product development processes specific to the health sector.
