Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering, or related fields. • Proven experience manipulating databases (Databricks), SQL, and Python is a plus. • Advanced analytical skills and AI. • Background in working with digital products is a nice-to-have. • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus). • Experience in the CPG, tech business, digital platforms or revenue management positions is desirable. • Problem-Solving, Curiosity & Innovation Mindset • Stakeholder Management & Influence (BUs, partners, tech, data, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Structure global processes and capabilities to collect Price-to-Consumer (PTC) data at scale.- Partner with local commercial, data and personalization teams to build intelligence for defining PTC guidelines & targets at a granular level.- Ideate, launch & evolve global capabilities to improve PTC execution ensuring pricing strategies translate effectively to the consumer level.- Develop and scale capabilities to directly activate consumers through pricing-driven incentives, such as digital coupons and targeted promotions across regions and retailer segments.- Support BUs & partners in structuring pricing-driven sell-out activations, balancing consumer attractiveness, retailer profitability and commercial objectives.
