Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in consumer apps or fintech with multi-market exposure. • Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads at the structural level: you make campaign architecture decisions independently, not just read dashboards. • Experienced running campaigns in international markets (US, UK, UAE, or similar); comfortable with multi-currency CAC and geo-level budget decisions. • Analytical by default: fluent in GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch), Excel/Sheets, and able to answer "so what" from data rather than just report numbers. • Proven track record managing OEM partnerships, ad networks, and affiliate programs end-to-end. • Bias for execution: you ship a test today rather than wait two weeks for a perfect plan. • High ownership. You treat problems as yours until they're solved. • Strong advantages: SQL or BI tool fluency (Looker, Mode, Metabase), familiarity with attribution modelling and incrementality testing, exposure to creative testing frameworks. Not required.
