4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Reg Tech (if not reg-tech, cyber(security) compliance could be interesting).
Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment.
Has customer first attitude
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success.
Preferably within the regtech/fintech or blockchain sector.
Prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls.
Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR.

Responsibilities
— Solution design: Create and architect technical solutions aligned with clients’ objectives and global/local regulations using a consultative approach (30%)
— Support: Provide post-sales L2 technical support, act as point of contact for inquiries and API integration, troubleshoot using log tools like Datadog (30%)
— Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, regulatory/compliance, and customer success teams to empower customers to meet regulatory
— Documentation: Help maintain outstanding technical documentation in Postman and Readme (15%)
— Build: Contribute to exemplary proof of concepts for customer integration and create internal tools/data dashboards (10%)
