Stitch Fix Annex - Data Engineer

• You have a degree in an engineering or computer science field • You have 2+ years of work experience in data engineering or closely related field, with strong experience in data modeling and data job development • You have some familiarity with using technologies like Spark, dbt, Fivetran, & Airflow to access an S3 data warehouse • You have experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, etc. and enjoy using them to streamline day-to-day tasks like testing and problem-solving, actively documenting effective prompts and sharing learnings to build scalable, repeatable workflows. • You have experience partnering cross-functionally and enjoy gathering input from stakeholders • You are a proactive communicator who helps simplify and move complex problems forward • You have experience coding at a production level in Python and SQL • You are innovative and inspired to take on new challenges and you do not shy away from potential failure • Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix... • We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
