Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent shipping technical products to developer, fintech, or infrastructure audiences. • Strong technical fluency — you don’t need to write production code, but you hold your own in architectural discussions and understand how systems fit together. • Track record of owning products end-to-end, including discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch iteration. • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain complex systems simply and make sharp prioritization arguments on paper. • Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data; you know which metrics matter and why. • Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money — or a clear track record of ramping quickly in complex new domains. • Experience working on stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or payment infrastructure. • Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs used by technical end-users. • Background at a crypto-native company, fintech infrastructure provider, or early-stage startup. • Familiarity with smart contracts, EVM-based protocols, or onchain systems. • Proactive problem solver: You have a forward-thinking mindset, actively identify opportunities for improvement, and take decisive action to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. • Proactive problem solver: • Collaborative communicator: You foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, engineers, and designers — and translate fluently between them. • Collaborative communicator: • Bias toward action: You’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect clarity, and you make strong decisions with incomplete information. • Bias toward action: • Delivery-focused: You have a clear understanding of the objectives and goals and direct your efforts towards achieving them. Responsibilities
• Own the roadmap for your product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration. • Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements. • Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping, especially where smart contracts, compliance, and security constraints shape what’s possible. • Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and BD to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth. • Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners.
