• 3-5+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment • Experience working with customers and partners in EMEA • MEDDPICC sales methodologies experience • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context • Great communication and customer-facing skills • Experience in up skilling of partner technical resources • Understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs or GraphQL - an advantage • Understanding of AI models and usage - an advantage • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
