Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation. • Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart. Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery within timelines while maintaining high quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, marketing, sales, customer service, finance, legal, HR, IT, facilities, procurement, operations, manufacturing and supply chain partners to align engineering efforts with business objectives. • Develop a clear vision for the team's direction that supports ICHRA’s strategic goals while fostering an inclusive work environment where all voices are heard and valued. • Establish performance expectations through regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in individual contributions as well as overall engineering team productivity. • Monitor project progress closely using established metrics such as timelines, budget adherence, quality standards, and customer satisfaction levels; identify potential risks early on and implement mitigation strategies proactively. • Facilitate effective communication within the team by organizing regular meetings to discuss priorities, challenges, updates, feedback loops with stakeholders, as well as professional development opportunities for individual members of the engineering staff. • Mentor and coach junior engineers in their career growth while providing guidance on technical skills enhancement through training programs or workshops offered by ICHRA’s Learning & Development department. • Representatives from different departments may request to discuss project details with you, so be prepared for frequent interdepartmental meetings that require clear communication and negotiation of priorities between engineering needs and other business areas' requirements. • Participate in strategic planning sessions where ICHRA’s senior leadership team sets the direction for future growth; provide input on technical feasibility, resource allocation, risk assessment, as well as potential opportunities or challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables. • Engage with customers and end users to understand their needs better through regular communication channels such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, user testing sessions; translate customer feedback into actionable engineering requirements for product development teams while ensuring alignment of these changes within the overall business strategy. • Collaborate closely with ICHRA’s Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed industry standards in terms of functionality, reliability, performance, security; provide guidance on testing procedures as well as troubleshooting issues identified during QA processes for timely resolution. • Participate actively in ICHRA’s continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback to senior leadership team and other stakeholders based on your experience working with the engineering staff or customers, suggesting areas of potential enhancement that can improve efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction levels as well as overall business performance. • Representative from different departments
