Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs for Acceldata's products/services in the UK market. • Provide technical support and guidance on product features and capabilities as required by clients. • Assist sales representatives by providing detailed information about specific parts or components when requested, including availability, pricing, lead times, etc. • Attend meetings with customers to discuss their requirements for Acceldata's products/services in the UK market. • Provide technical support and guidance on product features and capabilities as required by clients during sales calls. • Assist sales representatives by providing detailed information about specific parts or components when requested, including availability, pricing, lead times, etc., during sales meetings with customers. • Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities for Acceldata's products/services in the UK market and report findings to relevant stakeholders. • Attend industry events and trade shows as part of a team representing Acceldata to promote their products/services, network with customers, partners, suppliers, competitors, etc., and gather feedback on customer needs and preferences for future product development in the UK market. • Provide technical support and guidance on product features and capabilities as required by clients during sales calls at industry events and trade shows when representing Acceldata's products/services to potential customers or partners. • Assist sales representatives by providing detailed information about specific parts or components, including availability, pricing, lead times, etc., requested from them during their interactions with potential customers or partners attending the same industry events and trade shows in the UK market when representing Acceldata's products/services to promote business. • Monitor customer feedback on product performance after sales have been made to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly by providing technical support, guidance, etc., as required during follow-up calls or meetings with customers post-purchase in the UK market when representing Acceldata's products/services and maintaining relationships. • Attend regular team meetings held internally within Acceldata to discuss sales performance metrics for their assigned territory(s) in the UK, share insights on customer feedback received from field visits or calls with customers post-purchase, identify areas of improvement based on market trends analysis and industry events attended. • Provide technical support and guidance as required by clients during follow-up sales activities to ensure that their needs are met satisfactorily in the UK market when representing Acceldata's products/services after initial purchase or installation has been completed, including addressing any issues related to product performance post-purchase. • Assist other team members with technical support and guidance as required by clients during follow-up sales activities for their assigned territory(s) in the UK when representing Acceldata's products/services
