• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments • Direct experience recruiting for data center–related roles, including Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers • Strong understanding of data center operations, technical skill sets, and shift-based staffing models • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting data center expansions, new site launches, or large-scale hiring projects • Contract or project-based recruiting experience • Familiarity with recruiting hourly, salaried, and leadership-level technical talent • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities • The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market.
