Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or regional marketing in Asia. • Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management. • Strong understanding of Brand Management and the ability to develop effective Marketing Strategies. • Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and reporting. • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms is essential. • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools is an advantage. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform Data Analysis and derive actionable insights. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to specific markets within Asia, aligning with overall company objectives. • Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media campaigns, and events. • Collaborate with global on key messaging to market. • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. • Utilize marketing automation platforms and AI-enabled marketing tools to streamline campaign execution, content development, lead nurturing, and performance tracking. • Conduct data analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future marketing strategies. • Collaborate with sales teams to develop pipeline generation activations and ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver campaigns on schedule and within scope. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
