Requirements
• Hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or GitHub • Google Workspace • Slack • GitHub • Experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) for access certification, role management, and lifecycle automation • Okta Identity Governance (OIG) • Experience supporting identity and access management practices including SSO, MFA, and user provisioning • Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworks • NIST 800-171 • Ability to document processes and maintain organized system configurations • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to improving internal systems • Thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and genuinely enjoys supporting the people around them • Communicates clearly and openly, whether writing documentation or helping an employee through a technical issue • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance. • Education: • Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
• Administer Okta including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and Okta Identity Governance (OIG) for role-based access, provisioning, and deprovisioning across internal applications • Okta Identity Governance (OIG) • Manage and support Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub, ensuring consistent configuration, secure access, and effective integrations between platforms • Google Workspace • Slack • GitHub • Maintain security practices aligned with NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements, including supporting internal reviews, documentation, and audit readiness • NIST 800-171 • Participate in security assessments and internal audits by maintaining accurate system documentation and configuration records • Identify opportunities to improve and automate administrative workflows • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and secure employee experience • Monitor system usage, permissions, and integrations to maintain a stable and secure SaaS environment
