Requirements

• This role is highly consultative and relationship-driven, requiring strong clinical judgment and exceptional patient communication skills. • Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing • Multiple state licenses preferred • Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience • Experience managing adult patient populations • Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills • Comfort discussing preventative health and wellness interventions • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) experience • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) experience • Integrative Medicine training • Longevity or preventative medicine experience • Weight loss or metabolic health management experience • Experience interpreting advanced hormone and metabolic laboratory panels • Familiarity with peptide therapies and emerging longevity interventions • The successful candidate believes healthcare should focus on extending healthspan, not simply treating disease. They are intellectually curious, highly patient-centered, and comfortable practicing at the intersection of traditional medicine and emerging longevity science. • They enjoy partnering with motivated patients who are actively engaged in improving their health and are comfortable discussing: • Hormone optimization • Menopause management • Healthy aging • Metabolic health • Preventative medicine • Lifestyle interventions • Longevity-focused treatment strategies

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual new patient consultations and follow-up appointments • Review and interpret comprehensive laboratory testing • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings • Manage hormone optimization programs for men and women • Evaluate and monitor patients receiving HRT/TRT therapies • Support patients pursuing weight management and metabolic health goals • Educate patients regarding lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and preventative health strategies • Document all encounters accurately and compliantly • Collaborate with physician leadership and clinical operations teams
