Healthtech-1 - Product Designer

• Get close to users • Talk to practice staff regularly: run interviews, sit in on real shifts, and watch how the Inbox gets used • Research and scope product tickets before they reach engineering, so we build the right thing • Become the user: dogfood the product until you know its friction better than anyone • Dig into product metrics to find where people get stuck, then turn that into design work • Measure whether what you shipped actually made things better • Design and ship • Take ideas from scrappy MVP through to polished, high-fidelity design • Make things simple, beautiful and usable, for people working under real time pressure • Work side by side with engineers, from first sketch to what goes live • Use AI tools like Claude every day to research, prototype and move faster
