Requirements

Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for both our self-serve and enterprise product. • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market, and growth levers across the full user lifecycle, from discovery and onboarding to conversion and expansion to long-term retention. • Partner closely with design, engineering, data, sales and marketing to lead experiments and strategic initiatives that meaningfully impact acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test results to improve conversion & upgrade funnels, expand usage, and evolve pricing & packaging to meet diverse user needs. • Drive company-wide growth initiatives that balance customer value with sustainable business impact.
