Requirements
• Foundational experience working with healthcare data (coursework, projects, other internships). • Interest in and understanding of healthcare data domains (Membership, Claims, Provider, etc.). • Ability to write SQL queries and perform data analysis, profiling, and reporting. • Curiosity about performance optimization and willingness to learn how to tune queries. • Comfort working with large data volumes. • Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Analytical mindset and interest in problem‑solving. • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches. • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong SQL skills or academic exposure to database concepts. • What we would like to see, but not required • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks. • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses. • Experience or curiosity about working with cloud‑based data services in healthcare environments • Compensation: Compensation for this role is $30/hour or $62,400 per annum.
Responsibilities
• Coach teams to embrace true agility, focusing on delivering business goals and ensuring Scrum events embody the “inspect-and-adapt” principle rather than ritualistic compliance. • Guide Scrum Masters in facilitation, impediment removal, and effective prioritization. • Guide Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization and technical debt elimination. • Influence tooling and process flow improvements for roadmaps, etc. • Promote sustainable pace ensuring teams optimize for energy, not exhaustion. • Measure and communicate improvements using velocity trends, cycle time, and happiness metrics. • Help build strong working relationships across teams in US, Nepal, and India, ensuring time zone differences don’t hinder agility or alignment. • Shape an Agile culture and lead change management efforts to embrace best practices, including engaging at the executive, management, performer and team level
