We bring multidisciplinary virtual care to patients at community specialty care practices, particularly GI and hepatology brick & mortar clinics around the US. We assign each patient a “whole patient” care team and offer daily access to app-based care, using Remote Patient Monitoring (“RPM”) and Chronic Care Management (“CCM”) to bill. These services are covered by most patient’s insurance, both Medicare and commercial. • Salvo represents a major step forward to go beyond episodic appointments to continuous care, and deliver interdisciplinary wraparound care in partnership with the patient’s existing specialist. Salvo customers include over 700 GI physicians who have contracted to bring Salvo to their patients; three of the four largest independent GI practices in the US have chosen Salvo. • Salvo has raised a Series A investment round from leading healthcare investors who backed innovators such as Livongo, Ro, Brightline, Tia, and others.
