Requirements
• 1-3 years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go or Java. • BEng, MEng, BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field or experience • Demonstrated ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues efficiently. • Proven track record of building and working with sophisticated backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. • Experience in financial technology, with expertise in crypto and/or traditional finance, is a strong advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services with a focus on trading connectivity. • Integrate new liquidity providers into the Talos network to enhance efficiency and value of the platform. • Act as a point of contact for integration processes from requirements gathering through deployment interfacing external technical teams. • Continuously improve scalability, reliability, security, and performance aspects of the Talos platform. • Collaborate with product team, engineering colleagues, support staff, and clients to develop solutions supporting full trade lifecycle management. • Be part of an open and transparent culture as we grow our team.
