Requirements
• No-code/Low-code Master: You are an expert in n8n, Make, or similar orchestration tools. You are comfortable handling Webhooks, API documentation, and JSON structures without needing to write complex code. • Pragmatic Builder: Your priority is "getting it running fast" with high quality. You prefer visual builders and ready-made integrations over building custom software from scratch. • Logical Thinker: You see business operations as a series of interconnected flows and can pinpoint exactly where an automation node can solve a bottleneck. • Advanced AI User: You know how to engineer prompts and connect AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) within automation flows to process information intelligently. • Business Ops Focused: You don't see yourself as a programmer, but as a problem-solver who uses technology to drive business results. • Autonomous & Fast-Paced: You thrive in the ambiguity of "New Ventures," where priorities shift, and you take pride in delivering a working automation in hours rather than weeks. • Experience in multi-sided , two-sided marketplace companies, managing service providers(Uber, Rappi, Ifood, etc…) • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
