Requirements
• Education • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; STEM degree a plus. • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data mining to inform product decisions • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including technical, on page, off page, local search, and familiarity with AI search is a plus • Experience building dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders • Experience in agency, SaaS, or SMB focused environments is a plus • Technical • Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar • Experience with Python or automation tools is a plus • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Clear and effective communication both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency • Our Scorpion Values • Winning Mindset: When our clients win, we win. • Winning Mindset: • Genuine Care: We only succeed when we are truly invested in our clients and each other. • Genuine Care: • Unmatched Results: We deliver more than expected–and then some–driving the best results and impacting lives. • Unmatched Results: • Constant Improvement: We believe there is always a better way. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location. • The base salary range is $100,000 (entry-level) - $110,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role.
