Requirements

Responsibilities
• Clinical Assessment and Diagnostic Skills - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage. • Evidence-Based Treatment - Utilize proven therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, ensuring safe and appropriate interventions. • Family-Centered Approach - Foster a collaborative treatment environment, educating families on mental health issues, involving them in care planning, and providing guidance on supportive measures at home. • Virtual Care Delivery - Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions, ensuring a high-quality and supportive experience, and leverage technology to maintain regular communication with members and families. • Collaborative Teamwork - Actively participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative care planning, and provide consultative support to other team members for comprehensive member care. • Data-Driven Practice and Documentation - Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Use data analytics to assess outcomes and continuously improve care quality. • Ethics and Compliance - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, engage in ongoing professional development, and commit to ethical, patient-centered care practices.
