Responsibilities
• Assist clients with identifying and booking hotel accommodations based on their needs and preferences • Provide support throughout the reservation process, including confirmations and updates • Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property details • Verify booking information such as travel dates, guest details, and room selections • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and reservations • Offer follow-up support prior to check-in and after stay when needed
