• Technical Go-to-Market Execution • Develop frameworks to standardize how the Solutions team approaches different customer technical needs within and across segments. • Identify opportunities for experiment-driven improvements in the technical sales and implementation process • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with sales teams, product development, and revenue operations to align technical implementation capabilities with customer needs • Support the development of professional services offerings and technical engagement models that maximize customer success • Collaborate with product & engineering teams to ensure Solutions team feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap • Help prepare materials for executive reviews highlighting technical implementation successes and challenges • Drive delivery excellence across the Solutions team • Design and implement scalable frameworks and AI products that help Solutions teams consistently deliver value to clients, from pre-sales through post-sales • Translate successful delivery patterns into repeatable, operationalized processes - reducing variability and increasing team efficiency • Partner with technical and client-facing teams to identify friction points in delivery and build the systems to fix them • Own the rollout of new methodologies, ensuring adoption through clear documentation, training, and change management • Track delivery performance over time and use data to continuously improve how the team operates • Data-Driven Decision Support • Identify and operationalize the right metrics to optimize the Solutions team impact on customer success & revenue • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms around technical implementation KPIs • Synthesize tangible, strategic recommendations that can be deployed cross-functionally
