Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B, SaaS, travel, or agency-facing industries • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute multi-channel marketing plans with minimal supervision • Strong email design skills, including layout, formatting, and performance-driven content creation • Proven experience creating marketing assets such as PDFs, flyers, one-pagers, and branded collateral • Video editing experience for short-form marketing, training, and promotional content • Deep understanding of style guides and brand guidelines, with the ability to maintain consistency across all assets and channels • Strong data analytics mindset — comfortable reviewing performance data (open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions) to identify successes, gaps, and optimization opportunities • Campaign design and strategic problem-solving skills: able to take a business or sales challenge and translate it into a cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaign • High level of creative thinking paired with strong execution discipline • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms (social, email, design, analytics, CRM, AI tools). Responsibilities

• Developing targeted digital marketing strategies for B2B clients to increase brand awareness and generate leads within specific industries. • Creating high-quality content such as blog posts, white papers, eBooks, case studies, webinars that align with the company's industry expertise and client needs. • Managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to engage potential clients through regular updates, articles sharing insights on market trends, and promotional campaigns for products or services offered by Project Expedition. • Conducting SEO research and implementing strategies that improve the visibility of client websites in search engine results pages (SERP) relevant to their industry niche. • Analyzing data from various digital marketing channels, including website traffic sources, social media engagement metrics, email campaign performance, etc., using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot; providing insights for optimizing future strategies based on the findings. • Collaborating with sales team members to understand their needs better and align marketing efforts accordingly by sharing reports that highlight potential leads or opportunities within specific industries, as well as identifying areas where additional support may be required from other departments such as product development or customer service teams. • Attending industry events like conferences, webinars, workshops to network with peers and stay updated on the latest trends in B2B digital marketing; representing Project Expedition at these functions when possible by showcasing their services through presentations/demonstrations or participating actively during discussions. • Monitor competitors' online presence regularly using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs etc., to identify opportunities for differentiation and gain insights into effective marketing tactics employed within the industry; sharing findings with relevant stakeholders including sales team members or senior management when necessary during meetings/presentations. • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), chatbots etc., that could potentially enhance client experiences; researching their applicability within Project Expedition's market segment and proposing implementation strategies when appropriate after thorough analysis. • Maintaining excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues across departments including sales team members or senior management through email correspondence/meetings etc., ensuring clarity in deliverables agreed upon during initial consultations; providing regular updates on progress made towards achieving set goals while addressing any concerns promptly. • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to digital marketing practices within Project Expedition's industry sector by staying informed about changes through continuous education/training programs offered internally or externally; implementing necessary adjustments in strategies accordingly when required based on
