Requirements
• 5–10 years in physician engagement, insights, or pharma programs • Track record of driving HCP engagement • Deep understanding of physician behavior • Strong HCP engagement design skills • Ability to build repeatable systems • Product intuition around UX and incentives • Builder mentality with ownership • Curious, analytical, behavior-driven • The base salary range for this role is $150,000- $170,000 • $150,000- $170,000 • Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth. • Important Notice • Important Notice • To protect candidates, please note that all communication from our team will come directly from an @impiricus.com email address. Responsibilities
• Build the Physician Engagement Flywheel • Design and scale programs that drive repeat physician participation • Optimize response rates, depth, and longitudinal engagement • Convert one-time interactions into ongoing platform behavior • Own the Insights & Survey Engine • Develop DocUpdate’s insights strategy • Design high-performing engagements, incentives, and targeting • Deliver high-quality, actionable, and seamless outputs • Advisory & Speaker Program Network Creation • Build a scalable advisory board network to provide meaningful opportunities to HCPs such as roundtables and peer discussions • Create differentiated physician experiences • Drive Content Engagement • Define how physicians interact with content across our partner network • Turn content into engagement loops, signals, and actions • Tie Engagement to Revenue • Connect engagement to commercial outcomes: Drive interaction → engagement → dependency
