Requirements
• 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of EMEA programs, campaigns, and events • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience • Demonstrated experience executing a range of field marketing formats sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and ABM programs — across multiple EMEA markets • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Bizzabo or a comparable event management platform • Ability and genuine enthusiasm for international travel, with availability to support 20+ events per year across the EMEA region • Business-level fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus • You'll thrive as a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA if you: • Are energized by building — you see an undefined market presence not as a lack of infrastructure, but as an opportunity to create something that lasts • Operate with high autonomy — you're comfortable making decisions without a full playbook, and you know how to escalate what matters while moving forward on everything else • Think in pipeline, not just programs — you connect field activity to revenue outcomes and hold yourself accountable to both • Are a natural collaborator who knows how to work across time zones, cultures, and functions — rallying sales, partners, and a remote team around a shared goal • Bring equal parts strategic thinking and operational excellence — you can zoom out to set a regional approach and zoom back in to make sure the signage is right at an event in Amsterdam • Have genuine fluency in the mid-market and enterprise landscape, particularly when it comes to engaging heads of marketing and agency decision-makers • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact • Our Core Behaviors: • Build lasting customer trust.
