• Design end-to-end product surfaces for agent experiences, from concept through shipped interface
• Explore new interaction models for how people observe, guide, and interrupt autonomous agents
• Build working prototypes in code, not just clickable mockups, so ideas get tested against reality early
• Use AI tools aggressively to compress the distance between an idea and something running
• Run lightweight user testing and turn what you learn into design decisions
• Contribute to and help maintain our design system for consistency across the product
• Work closely with engineers so your designs survive contact with implementation
• Care about craft: spacing, motion, states, and the details most people never consciously notice
• YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF
• You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• You have a portfolio showing original thinking, not just competent execution of familiar patterns
• You're fluent in Figma and comfortable prototyping interaction and motion
• You can build what you design: comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS or React, or you vibe-code your way to a working prototype
• You're AI-fluent: you use AI tools daily in your design and building workflow, and you have a point of view on where they help and where they don't
• You can explain why you made a decision, not just present the outcome
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and can push a direction forward without a detailed brief
• You give and receive critique well
• Bonus: motion design, experience designing for AI products, or a shipped side project people actually use
