Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in consumer digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech or biotech a plus • Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions. • Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically • Experience working in an agile development environment; scrum experience a plus • The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps,  prioritize features, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience in conjunction with stakeholders across different functional groups.. • Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches. • Partner with the UX designer, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs. • Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support • Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams. • Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making
