Requirements
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of SRE principles and expertise in deploying, monitoring and alerting software solutions. • Working experience with Kubernetes. • Programming experience with Python, or C++ (if applicable). • Clear understanding of TCP, IP and UDP protocols.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying our IT solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures. • Lead product installations and manage customer feedback to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. • Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to product improvement. • Ensure customer satisfaction by developing training materials that help customers get the most out of our products and services. Deliver onboarding training for new customers. • Collaborate with other teams such as sales, marketing, and product development; provide valuable input on product features, marketing campaigns, and document Feature Requests (tagged as sales or delivery blockers).
