By establishing high standards for instructional quality, measurement rigor, and continuous improvement, you elevate enablement as a strategic discipline. • Culture of Learning Excellence: • Innovation & Scalability: You design scalable systems and leverage emerging technologies (AI, adaptive learning, microlearning, immersive experiences) to meet the needs of a rapidly growing global customer base and partner ecosystem—without sacrificing quality or personalization. • Innovation & Scalability: • 12+ years in learning and enablement leadership, with 7+ years in B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or technical platform environments. • 7+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, Senior Director, or Director level) leading global, distributed enablement organizations of 15-30+ professionals. • Led enablement at $100M+ ARR B2B SaaS or AI companies during 2x+ hypergrowth periods while maintaining program quality and team cohesion. • Managed enablement operations across 3+ regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) with success in localization, cultural adaptation, and distributed team leadership across time zones. • Built and scaled customer and partner communities with demonstrated success creating engagement programs, user groups, advisory boards, and peer learning networks that drive product adoption and advocacy. • Built enablement programs for highly technical products (industrial software, data platforms, infrastructure, enterprise AI, or developer tools); expertise translating complex concepts into accessible learning. • Mastery of instructional design, adult learning theory, modern methodologies, certification program development, credentialing standards, and assessment design. • Proficiency with learning technology ecosystems (LMS, LXP, authoring tools, video production, simulation platforms, AI-powered personalization tools) and community platforms (online forums, user group management, event platforms); Implemented AI-driven learning innovations (adaptive systems, intelligent recommendations, automated assessments, predictive analytics). • Advanced learning analytics, measurement frameworks, predictive modeling, and ROI calculation methodologies. • Equal Opportunity • Equal Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Strategic Learning Architecture & Business Model Innovation • Multi-Year Enablement  Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive global strategy for Cognite's Academy encompassing internal enablement, customer education, and partner certification programs. You'll translate business growth plans into proactive learning pathways that drive adoption and revenue. • Multi-Year Enablement  Roadmap: • Sustainable Business Model: Build a financially sustainable training business that drives revenue while accelerating customer and partner adoption. You'll establish pricing, revenue targets, and cost models that balance commercial viability with strategic impact. • Sustainable Business Model: • Learning Innovation: Revise and scale the Customer Academy by incorporating modern learning methodologies, AI-powered personalization, and cutting-edge instructional design. You'll ensure Cognite's learning experiences are best-in-class and differentiated. • Learning Innovation: • Certification Programs: Design and implement multi-tiered certifications for customers, partners, and internal teams. You'll establish credible, market-recognized credentials with assessment standards and value-badging systems. • Certification Programs: • Global Team Leadership & Operational Excellence • Team Leadership: Lead a global team of 10+ learning professionals across India, Oslo, Phoenix, and other regions. You'll create clear certification pathways and accreditation standards. • Partner Certification: • Partner Integration: Collaborate with Partner Management and Channel Sales to integrate training and certification into partner program structure, including tiering criteria and incentives. • Partner Integration: • Customer Learning Journeys: Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to design learning pathways that accelerate customer outcomes, reduce time-to-value, and support land, expand, and scale motions. • Customer Learning Journeys: • Internal Enablement: Deliver comprehensive enablement for customer-facing teams to ensure deep product expertise and confident value positioning. • Internal Enablement: • Value, Impact & ROI Measurement • KPI Tracking: Define and track metrics that measure program effectiveness—product adoption, customer satisfaction, partner performance, support reduction, time-to-value, and training revenue. • KPI Tracking: • ROI Communication: Champion the business impact of enablement initiatives to stakeholders and leadership, demonstrating linkages between Academy programs and revenue growth, retention, and customer lifetime value. • ROI Communication: • Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback loops and assessments to refine content, delivery, and pathways.
