Responsibilities
• Increase adoption of pre-launch success criteria and post-launch review practices across product squads. • Establish clear ownership for core product and business KPIs and associated definitions. • Improve time-to-decision for launch, performance, and optimisation questions. • Reduce reactive analytics demand through reusable assets, better tooling, and self-serve enablement.
