Responsibilities

• 8–10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role; bonus points for prior quota-carrying sales or customer success or PMM experience • Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles; ability to create engaging, relevant, and results-oriented training programs • Product acumen—ability to quickly understand complex product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-ready training • Proficiency with enablement technology including LMS platforms (Sana), content management systems (Seismic, Highspot), knowledge bases (Guru), and conversation intelligence tools (Gong) • Strong measurement and data-driven mindset; ability to define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to build relationships, drive influence, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences • Customer-first mindset with a systems thinking approach; you design enablement with learner needs and real-world application at the center • Huge plus if you are familiar with the GRC/Security space or have worked in a highly technical environment. • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. • What you can expect as a Vanta’n: • Industry-competitive salary and equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
