Responsibilities
• As the GTM Partnership Lead, SME & Growth, Singapore, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our GTM Partnerships motion for the SME & Growth business in Singapore. You will lead a team of GTM Partnership Managers to drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue via partners such as corporate service providers, accountants, ecosystems, tech platforms and other intermediaries. • You will build a scalable indirect sales engine, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure partnerships become a predictable, high‑quality revenue channel for the business. • Own strategy formulation and execution of GTM Partnerships, including defining target partner segments, tiering, commercial models and activation plans to drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue • Build, lead and develop a high‑performing GTM Partnership team by hiring, coaching, setting clear goals and operating rhythms, and performance‑managing the team to consistently hit and exceed targets • Design and optimise the partner lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, enablement, activation, and growth, ensuring scalable motions for both priority and long‑tail partners • Lead key partner and ecosystem initiatives in Singapore such as partner appreciation events, co‑marketing programs and ecosystem collaborations, using them to deepen strategic relationships and unlock new revenue opportunities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Inbound Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Onboarding, Operations and Product to deliver a seamless experience for partners and their referred clients
