Requirements
• Basic understanding of the U.S. K-12 education system • Familiarity with Southern California school districts and education ecosystems is a plus • Strong Mandarin communication and writing skills with clear organizational ability • Research and analytical skills • Detail-oriented with strong information organization skills • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, or similar tools is a plus • Previous experience in education, content strategy, or market research is preferred • Think Academy's Commitment to DEI
Responsibilities
• Conduct research on local school districts, including education systems and academic pathways • Organize information on public and private schools (curriculum, programs, admissions, parent reputation, etc.) • Analyze parent concerns and local education trends • Assist with regional education databases and white paper development • Research local education channels, parent communities, and events • Organize, analyze, and visualize educational data and research findings • Help develop parent-facing education content frameworks and insights
