Requirements
• Proven experience in HR analytics, People Analytics, or Data Analytics • Hands‑on experience with HR dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc analysis • Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a strong advantage • Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) • Ability to work with data from multiple systems and sourcesUnderstanding of HR metrics, benchmarks, and data models • Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis and insights generation • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex HR data contexts • Ability to cleanse, structure, and validate large and diverse data sets • Strong storytelling skills — ability to explain the story behind the data • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including working with senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, transformation environment
Responsibilities
• Quickly learn how ELEKS people data works today (existing ERP + Power BI) • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness for Workday usage • Compare Workday native reports with existing dashboards and identify gaps • Build interim reports to ensure leadership visibility during the transition • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, identify trends, and draft insights • Help HR and business leaders understand what the data is telling them — in clear, simple language • Close cooperation with a customer • Competence development • Team of professionals • Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy
