Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on front-end development • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React • A track record of collaborating closely with Designers and Product Managers • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including GitLab and Kubernetes • A solid understanding of distributed systems in a modern cloud environment • Experience profiling front-end performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks • Familiarity with Figma and Design-to-Code workflows • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English • The ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Proficiency with AI-driven development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation • Hands-on experience with Next.js and React Native • Experience with state management tools such as Redux or React Query • Experience in the Sports Betting or Finance industries • Experience writing and maintaining end-to-end tests (Maestro, Playwright) • A user-centric mindset and a genuine interest in UX • Our values are at the heart of everything we do - guiding how we work, collaborate, and innovate. Responsibilities
• Design, implement and maintain complex features and interfaces across web and mobile (iOS & Android), built with React, React Native and TypeScript • Work closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams to scope and lead business goal-aligned projects • Translate designs and prototypes from Figma into polished, functional and pixel-perfect interfaces • Implement monitoring and error tracking to ensure the stability and performance of our user-facing applications • Help reinforce the standard for code quality, by writing tests and reviewing merge requests • Continuously improve engineering processes including CI/CD • Be the champion of the stack by demonstrating first-hand how to implement functionality the right way, with an eye to the horizon and your mind on the present
