Requirements
• Native English speakers or native-level written and verbal fluency in English is required. • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or solutions documentation within SaaS or enterprise environments. • Experience building or significantly shaping a documentation function, not just contributing to one. • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and enterprise software environments. • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to augment or automate documentation workflows. • Experience producing client-facing technical materials for enterprise audiences. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently. • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to clarity, structure, and precision. • Experience in AI or ML platforms. • Background in engineering, computer science, or solutions architecture. • Experience working with modular, customizable, or multi-solution platforms. • Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or documentation-as-code methodologies. • Experience collaborating with design tools such as Figma. • Impact • Impact • As Unframe scales, clarity becomes a competitive advantage. Responsibilities
• Define and implement Unframe’s documentation strategy, architecture, and governance. • Build scalable documentation frameworks to support multiple evolving AI solutions and product variations. • Establish and drive cross-functional documentation processes across Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer teams. • Create clear, accurate, and enterprise-ready client-facing materials including solution overviews, technical documentation, integration guides, implementation playbooks, and release notes. • Write and maintain product microcopy and in-platform guidance where needed to improve clarity and usability. • Translate complex AI systems, APIs, and integrations into structured, accessible content.Design and implement AI-assisted documentation workflows to improve speed, consistency, and maintainability. • Create visual documentation assets including diagrams, architecture flows, and annotated screenshots.Ensure documentation remains accurate, versioned, and aligned with ongoing product releases. • Manage multiple parallel documentation initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
