Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business problems and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Understanding of business models and key performance metrics such as unit economics, lifetime value, portfolio performance), and the ability to link analysis to business outcomes and strategic decisions. • Ability to structure and deliver analytical or strategic projects end-to-end, from gathering context to delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines. • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and tailor messages to different audiences • An appreciation for experimentation – from designing A/B tests and RCTs to using AI tools to accelerate analysis and test ideas faster. • Experience with credit, lending, or financial products, particularly in a fintech or B2B context. • Experience with data tools such as SQL and Python, or BI platforms like Looker. • Experience working in product-led or tech environments alongside product, engineering, or analytics teams.
