• 5+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, equity research, sales & trading or a related role • Strong understanding of investment research workflows and the key inputs driving an equity investor’s investment process • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with investment professionals and engage with various stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful results • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to the highest ethical standards • We take care of our people • We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
