Adyen - Associate Commercial Counsel, Deal Desk

• You have 4+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm. • You have strong commercial contracting and/or other transactional experience. • You can collaborate with other legal counsels based in jurisdictions across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. • You are a team player who likes to collaborate and include different people to sharpen your ideas. • You have solid people skills and will work well with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and customers from varying disciplines and cultures. • You can work autonomously and run things like your own business. • You are curious, ask questions, and take ownership over your learning and professional growth. • You are self-motivated, driven, reliable, adaptable and detail-oriented. • You have experience educating others on complex ideas, communicating them clearly, and providing additional training when necessary. • You have the ability to structure and prioritize your work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and build and drive processes to completion. • You are available to work from our Singapore office and travel to other offices periodically. • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
