Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of 6-8 engineers, providing coaching for technical excellence, fostering individual career growth, and nurturing a high-performance culture of trust and deep collaboration. • Lead & Mentor: • Drive Velocity: Lead your team to deliver consistently against ambitious goals. You'll define success metrics, track progress transparently, and communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and celebrate wins. • Drive Velocity: • Own a Complex Domain: Own the technical direction and long-term vision for the Data/AI team.
