Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of 6-8 engineers, providing coaching for technical excellence, fostering individual career growth, and nurturing a high-performance culture of trust and deep collaboration. • Lead & Mentor: • Drive Velocity: Lead your team to deliver consistently against ambitious goals.
