Requirements
• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least two years of experience as an engineer building full-stack web applications. • At least two years of working experience with SQL or other database querying language on large multi-table data sets. (Preferred) • Experience designing, building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred but not mandatory. • Proficiency in handling large datasets and knowledge about data storage technologies are preferable qualifications. • Familiarity with database replication, sharding techniques for scalability and high availability of databases is a plus. (Preferred) • Experience in performance monitoring and optimization of data systems and infrastructure would be beneficial but not mandatory. • Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes preferred but not required. • Experience building CI/CD pipelines for software development is preferable, though it's not a strict requirement. (Preferred) • Knowledge of security practices in systems handling sensitive data would be beneficial to the role. (Preferred)
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions. • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes. • Designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes (Preferred KSA’s). • Working with large datasets and knowledge of data storage technologies (Preferred KSA’s). • Optimizing performance for handling large-scale data processing and analysis (In-depth Knowledge required). • Familiarity with database replication, sharding, scalability techniques, and high availability systems. • Experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of databases and infrastructure. • Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Building continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Preferred KSA’s). • Working on security for systems handling sensitive data (Experience required).
