Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads • Proven experience managing $500k+ monthly budgets per product • Mandatory experience with subscription-based B2C products (minimum 2 years) • Strong performance mindset with a clear focus on CPA, and ROAS • Experience scaling paid social campaigns in Tier 1 markets • Solid understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, ARPPU, LTV, churn • Confident use of analytics and reporting tools (GA, Looker Studio, GTM, Sheets) • Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and result-driven thinking
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on CPA,ROAS • Run continuous A/B tests (creatives, audiences, placements and etc.) and develop growth hypotheses • Analyze marketing and product metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, ARPU, churn, and retention • Manage and scale budgets across Tier 1 GEOs • Work closely with the creative team to brief, test, and scale winning creatives • Participating in the development of a marketing strategy together with the team • Researching and launching new traffic channels (TikTok, Applovin and etc)
