Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design developer workflows for Valon Engineers using AI powered tools to increase productivity. • Build tooling that supports these workflows and anticipates scaling issues as the company grows its Python monorepo. • Engage directly with users frequently, aiming to remove friction from the development cycle.
Benefits
• Base Compensation Band: $200,000-$250,000.
